tofu, tempeh, seitan, etc., that's not his thing. produce, that's dino's thing. creating meals of fresh produce creatively, understanding what you're doing. yes there's a healthy dose of indian cooking that you'll love to have broken down and made accessible, but dino's an educator first and foremost. i.e., his incomparable 'oils' podcast will have you saving $ on oils forever! oh, and the other thing about dino that i'm lovin'? he wants you to save money.
