just a tip:
big red beautiful peppers are in season and begging to be stuffed with your leftovers! but, make life easy for yourself when preparing them. after rinsing, slicing the top off, pulling out the seeds, and then blanching in boiling water for a few minutes, stand 'em up in your lightl oiled bundt pan and stuff away.
