Biography
Fog City Vegan loves loves loves that years ago she made a spiritual commitment to become Vegan. Though time passes she maintains her gratitude and wants to share her passion through this blog to help others realize the joy and sense of peace that comes with affirming life and sanity by making compassionate choices every meal and experiencing the profound sense of pride that comes from saying no to torture of all animals, human and non-human.
A native San Franciscan, Fog City Vegan is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy who realized early on that her heart was not working in professional kitchens but creating and cooking for the love of it alone.
Along with loving the Vegan lifestyle, Fog City Vegan loves loves loves San Francisco and feels privileged every day to be a citizen of this great city with her beautiful wife of 19 years (and non-Vegan), Linda Harrison.
